Qualifications

Please indicate the qualified investor status that satisfies one of the following definitions in accordance with Rule 501(a) of Regulation D of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933. If you are a US Person, or would expect to make the investment decision to acquire your interest in the fund in the United States you represent as follows:

You are either a natural person whose individual net worth or joint net worth with your spouse exceeds $1,000,000, or you are a natural person whose individual income exceeded $200,000 in each of the last two calendar years, or had joint income with your spouse that exceeded $300,000 in each of those years, and have a reasonable expectation of reaching the same level in this calendar year.

You are a "Qualified Purchaser" within the meaning of Section 3(c)(7) of the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, because you are a natural person that owns not less than $5,000,000 in investments

You are or advise an entity that owns not less than USD $25,000,000 in investments, and were not formed for the purpose of investing in any of the funds represented on this website.

You are or advise an organization that is licensed, or subject to supervision by a U.S. Federal or state examination authority as a "bank", "savings and loan", "Insurance Company", or "small business investment company.

If you are not a US Person, you represent that if you acquire an interest in a fund, you will do so outside of the United States and are a Non US Person within the meaning of Regulation S adopted under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
